What we collect
When you request a quote we collect your name, mobile number, email (optional), property address, the answers you give about your project, and any photos you upload. We also record how you found us (for example the ad or search that brought you here) so we can measure our marketing.
How we use it
To measure your property, send you a quote, schedule and complete the work, invoice you, and remind you when your fence or deck is due for its next coat. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the tools we use to run the business (our CRM, scheduling, payment, and messaging providers) and only for those purposes.
SMS program
By checking the consent box on our quote form you agree to receive text messages from Hill Country Stain Co. about your quote, scheduling, job updates, and occasional maintenance reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies and ads
This site may use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure whether our ads work. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Facebook ad settings.
