A typical Falcon Pointe or Blackhawk lot has a back fence line that runs 60 to 80 feet by itself, plus two sides. That puts the whole thing at 180 to 240 linear feet of 6-foot privacy fence, more than most of the metro, and it is why a Pflugerville quote tends to sit higher in our range than the same fence in Round Rock. The upside of a flat lot is that the day goes fast: no slope, no stepped panels, one long clean pass with the sprayer. Avalon and Sorento are newer and the fences are still tight, so a first coat on those is the easiest job we do in Pflugerville.

Windermere is Pflugerville's big 1980s and 1990s neighborhood, and a lot of its fences have been replaced once already and never stained since.
